It appears in this case that a passenger in the crash would have a claim for her damages against the driver of the vehicle in which she was riding.  In Wisconsin, that claim can be made directly against the insurance company for the driver, without filing a lawsuit against the driver personally.  This is important to many people who do not want to make a claim against their friend or relative personally, but still want to be compensated for their damages from the insurance company.  At Bremer & Trollop Law Offices, we are experienced with handling claims against insurance companies.  Call for a free consultation.
