After a tragic accident like this where one of the parties involved was killed or is otherwise unable to speak for herself, it can be difficult to learn “both sides” of the story.  It is critical that family members help in the search for the truth by contacting an experienced personal injury attorney as soon as possible, before speaking with the at-fault driver’s insurance company.  A lawyer who handles personal injury and wrongful death cases can begin an early investigation into the facts of the crash before memories and evidence fade. A wrongful death attorney can also help the family members access available insurance that can cover medical and funeral expenses.  If a loved one has been injured or killed in an accident, call Bremer & Trollop today to arrange a free consultation.
