Inattentive driving is a common cause of rearend collisions. People injured in rearend collisions might think they do not need the assistance of an attorney because liability should be clear. However, even in accidents where liability appears to be uncontested, injured victims need representation from an attorney that focuses entirely on representing people injured in accidents.
