Many people do not know that when a family member is killed as a passenger in a one vehicle accident, the family of the passenger likely has a claim against the driver’s automobile insurance company, as well as the passenger’s own insurance company. In fact, in Wisconsin the claim doesn’t even have to be made against the driver, but can instead be made against the insurance companies directly. Accidents involving deaths and serious injuries require the assistance of a personal injury attorney. If someone you know was the victim of a wrongful death accident, call Bremer & Trollop Law Offices today for a free consultation.
