Head-on collisions are not uncommon on two-lane state highways in Wisconsin and they unfortunately can result in wrongful deaths. Wrongful death accident claims require the assistance of a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney. It is often difficult for the family of a loved one killed in an accident to think about things such as an insurance claim soon after an accident, but early investigation is important and an attorney can help take some burden off the family by taking over some responsibilities that would otherwise fall to family members dealing with the death of a loved one and sometimes their own injuries as well.
