Often, people injured in an accident similar to the one described above believe they do not need the assistance of an attorney because the other driver failed to stop at a stop sign and liability should be clear. However, liability or fault is just one of the many things contested by an insurance company when faced with a personal injury claim. Even when liability appears to be uncontested, the assistance of a personal injury attorney almost always is wise in an automobile accident claim.
