Antigo High School’s Scholar of the Month – Katrina Schremp

Katrina Schremp, a senior at Antigo High School, has been selected as the April Scholar of the Month by Bremer & Trollop Law Offices S.C. Katrina is recognized by her peers as an exceptional academic and as an exceptional person — one who makes others feel welcome and invited. She demonstrates keen leadership skills as a member of the student council and has played an important role in a variety of school functions — including homecoming and the Valentine’s Day fundraiser. She is a lifeguard and water aerobics and swim lesson instructor. An AP student with a 4.3 GPA, Katrina recently taught a three-day rhetoric class as part of a course assignment. She also assists in the high school administrative office, and was characterized as “an organized, on-the-ball, multi-tasker who is responsible, polite, trustworthy and conscientious” by the office staff.

As part of the Scholar of the Month program, Katrina will receive a scholarship from Bremer & Trollop Law Offices, to be awarded at the close of the 2011-2012 academic year. To be eligible for this recognition, the Bremer & Trollop Scholar of the Month must be a senior and be selected by his or her instructors based on the quality of the work that has been completed in the core curricular areas. Katrina is the daughter of Colleen and David Schremp.

Bremer & Trollop Law Offices S.C. congratulates Katrina for her peer leadership, exceptional academic achievements and her role in helping create a positive and inviting school environment.
