Mosinee High School's Scholar of the Month - Monica Janz
Bremer & Trollop Law Offices, S.C. congratulate Monica Janz, a senior a Mosinee High School, who was chosen as the Bremer & Trollop February Scholar of the Month.
Kelly Bauman, a Social Studies Teacher at Mosinee High School, has written the following about Monica, “Monica Janz is the hardest working student I have ever had the privilege to teach in my 16 years at Mosinee High School. She earned a 5 on the AP U.S. History exam as a junior, and would not have been content with anything lower than that. Her dedication to her studies was so intense, that I suggested on more than one occasion that she needed to relax and take some time off! In addition to her school work, Monica is also involved in Student Senate and Band. Last year she was also excited to be chosen to perform with the Wisconsin State High School Honors Orchestra. She was one of only four clarinetists chosen from the entire state. This year she is taking AP English Literature, AP Calculus, AP Physics, and AP Chemistry. Her work ethic is truly amazing for someone her age.”
As a Scholar of the Month, Monica will be awarded a scholarship from Bremer & Trollop Law Offices at the close of the 2014-2015 academic year. To be eligible for this recognition, the Bremer & Trollop Scholar of the Month must be a senior and be selected by his or her instructors based on the quality of the work that has been completed in the core curricular areas.
Monica is the daughter of Steven and Mayka Janz.
