Stevens Point Area High School's Scholar of the Month - Sabrina Tang
Bremer & Trollop Law Offices congratulate Sabrina Tang, a senior at Lakeland Union High School, who was chosen as the Bremer & Trollop November Scholar of the Month.
According to Nick Nugent, School Counselor at Stevens Point Area High, “In my time getting to know Sabrina, she has demonstrated leadership, dedication and precision in academics and athletics. Sabrina is a great role model for her peers and is unafraid to take risks and take on new challenges. She is one of the captains of the SPASH Varsity Girls Tennis Team and has made numerous trips to the state tournament. She puts in long hours in the off-season, during the season and on weekends to stay committed to a sport she holds very dear to her. She plans on playing tennis at the college she chooses to attend.
Sabrina’s level of intellect has allowed her to advance into several upper-level courses throughout her high school years. Classes such as Advanced Intro to English, Advanced Composition, AP Language and Composition, Accelerated Geometry, Accelerated Algebra 2, Accelerated Precalculus, AP Calculus, Advanced Environmental/Physical Science, AP Biology, Accelerated Chemistry, AP Chemistry, AP Physics, Advanced Civics, AP U.S. History, AP Psychology, and AP French 6. In a class of 520 students she currently ranks in the top one percent.”
As a Scholar of the Month, Tang will be awarded a scholarship form Bremer & Trollop Law Offices at the end of the 2018-2019 academic year. To be eligible for this recognition, the Bremer & Trollop Scholar of the Month must be a senior and be selected by his or her instructors based on the quality of the work that has been completed in the core curricular areas.
Sabrina is the daughter of Dr. Shee-Chang Tang and Deborah Tang.
