A Minocqua cyclist was killed when he was struck by a commercial vehicle early Thursday morning. According to the Minocqua Police Department, Minocqua resident Robin A. Kuzel was bicycling on U.S. Highway 51 South in Minocqua when Adam B. Lynch of Delevan crashed into him with a commercial vehicle leased by Safelite Group, Inc. Mr. Kuzel was pronounced dead at the scene. The Minocqua Police Department, Woodruff Police Department, Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, Minocqua Fire Department and Oneida County Highway Department all responded to the scene. The accident is still under investigation and the specific details of the crash are not yet being released.
