One person is dead after a crash Wednesday night in Shawano. Two vehicles collided around 8:10 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Wisconsin Highway 29 and County Highway U near Shawano. It is believed a commercial vehicle heading north on the county road hit a car traveling west on the highway. The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
