Many clients injured as passengers in a vehicle come to us concerned because while they want their rights protected, they don’t want to “sue” their driver.  They are relieved to learn in Wisconsin their claim can be brought directly against the driver’s insurance company without ever having to sue the driver individually.  Passengers in vehicles also often have additional coverage through their own (or their parents’) insurance company.  If you or a family member have questions regarding an automobile accident claim, call Bremer & Trollop Law Offices for a free consultation.
