Spencer Collision Injures Two

A crash at South Pacific Avenue and East Clark Street in Spencer caused injury to two people on the evening of Friday, August 15.  A Spencer police officer was on-duty, traveling in his squad car to respond to a different collision on Highway 13 in Unity when he was injured in an accident with another vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle was also injured, and both were transferred by Spencer Fire Department ambulance to Ministry Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield. The Marathon County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the crash.
