Insurance claims from fatal accidents are called “wrongful death” claims and such claims require the assistance of a personal injury attorney. Additionally, accidents with multiple victims often result in conflicting positions among the victims with regard to the available insurance proceeds. The potential conflict results in an even greater need for a personal injury attorney to assist the victims and/or their families.
